Déborah P. Stark is an experienced banking professional with over 25 years of leadership experience in foreign exchange, cash management, and branch operations. She served in various senior roles at Citibank N.A., Haiti, where she was instrumental in driving operational excellence, digital transformation, and client relationship management.
As former General Manager of Citibank Haiti, Déborah led the branch’s overall operations, overseeing finance, human resources, compliance, and customer service. Prior to this, she directed the bank’s cash management and trade finance products, successfully migrating over 90% of the client portfolio to electronic platforms. She began her career in the bank’s foreign exchange unit, where she managed a high-value portfolio and played a key role in market operations and regulatory reporting.
Following the closure of Citibank’s operations in Haiti, Déborah continues to bring her deep expertise in financial services, strategic planning, and team leadership to new opportunities. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from ENST in Haiti and completed executive leadership training at Columbia Business School.
Fluent in French, English, and Haitian Creole, with working proficiency in Spanish, Déborah is also an active member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Haiti (AmCham), the AmCham Women’s Network, and the Professional Banking Association of Haiti.
