Erika Rosenthal is an experienced executive with over two decades of leadership experience across the business, nonprofit, and development sectors. Known for her results-oriented management style and deep commitment to Haiti’s economic and social progress, she has led organizations that bridge the private sector, community empowerment, and sustainable development.
Since 2019, Erika has served as Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Haiti (AmCham Haiti), where she drives strategic initiatives that strengthen private sector engagement, promote trade and investment, and foster dialogue between business leaders and public institutions. Under her leadership, AmCham has positioned itself as a key actor in advancing economic resilience and responsible business practices in Haiti.
In December 2024, Erika expanded her impact by becoming Executive Director of the Haiti Food System Alliance (HFSA), a national coalition dedicated to transforming Haiti’s food and agriculture ecosystem. She oversees programs that improve nutrition, empower smallholder farmers, and create sustainable market linkages for locally produced goods. Her leadership at HFSA emphasizes innovation, partnership, and inclusivity, ensuring women and community voices are at the center of Haiti’s agricultural transformation.
Earlier in her career, Erika held senior management roles at the Fondation Rose et Blanc and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Ouest (CCIO), where she managed programs focused on social assistance, economic development, and institutional capacity building. She has also worked with leading financial and corporate institutions, gaining extensive experience in credit management, business strategy, and organizational development.
With studies in Business Administration and a Financial Administration Certificate from Cornell University, Erika brings a strong foundation in management and finance to her leadership roles. Her work is defined by vision, integrity, and the ability to unite diverse partners to achieve meaningful, lasting results.
