Tatiana Bell Simeon is a Haitian leader with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit, public sector, and community development fields. She began her career in the United States, working in public programs designed to support vulnerable populations. She later continued her work in Haiti with GHESKIO, the country’s largest and most influential health and social service organization, where she contributed to initiatives aimed at strengthening community support systems.
Tatiana currently serves as the Human Resources Director and a Board Member of the Fatima Group, an important family-owned business group operating in maritimes industries, logistics, hospitality, and philantropy . She also sits on the Board of the Hôpital Notre-Dame du Nord, helping guide organizational development and community impact strategies.
In addition to her corporate and philanthropic roles, Tatiana is the Second Vice President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Haiti (AmCham) and a founding member of the AmCham Women’s Network, which focuses on mentorship, leadership, and empowering women across Haiti.
Throughout her career, Tatiana has been driven by a deep commitment to service. She is passionate about linking people to resources, opportunities, and networks that foster growth, and long-term impact.
