Programs
Haiti’s paper-based blood management system is failing the people who depend on it. Lives are being lost because the country does not have a modern, reliable way to track, store, and distribute blood. To confront this problem, U4WE has partnered with the Ministry of Public Health (MSPP) and the National Blood Transfusion Center (CNTS) to drive a national transformation.
Working with an IT expert and under the leadership of Dr. Noël, General Manager of the CNTS, a full modernization plan has already been developed. The system architecture is complete. The roadmap is ready. The path is clear. What is missing is the funding to build and deploy the platform nationwide.
In October 2025, MSPP, CNTS and U4WE signed a memorandum of understanding to formalize this partnership. The urgency is not theoretical. Haiti cannot continue to wait.
Why This Matters
Lives are being lost in Haiti due to an outdated and fragmented system, one that lacks digital traceability, real-time data, and national coordination. This challenge will not be resolved from abroad. The responsibility rests with us. As Haitians, we must take ownership of the solution, protect our people, and support an initiative that directly impacts every family, every workplace, and every community across the country.
What Your Support Makes Possible

This program is about saving lives with modern tools, responsible leadership, and a commitment to the future. U4WE is stepping forward and we call on all partners to do the same.
